Ingredients
2teaspoonsolive oil
1large shallotfinely diced
1small garlic clovefinely minced
125mlwhite wine
250mlvegan cooking cream
3tablespoonsdijon mustard
1tablespoonschopped fresh dill
1tspagave syrup
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat a pan over medium heat, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the shallot with a pinch of salt. sauté until the shallot is soft, around 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Add the wine and simmer until almost fully cooked off, around 2 minutes.
Add the mustard and vegan cream. Continue to cook until thickened to your desired consistency, around 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, add the fresh dill and 1 teaspoon of agave syrup, check for seasoning.
