Uzbek Tomato and Onion Salad (Achichuk)
A quick and easy tomato and onion salad. The perfect side salad to freshen up any dish.
Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 small white onion
- 1 small red chilli
- Small bunch of basil
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice the tomatoes and onions. Slice the chilli in half and remove the seeds.
- Mix the tomatoes, onions and chilli in a bowl with the basil, oil, salt and pepper.
